Stephanie joined Bonallack & Bishop in April 2024. Stephanie qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and specialises in all aspects of property law, covering land, residential and commercial property. Stephanie’s clients include landowners, individuals, developers, companies and property investors.
As one of the firm’s specialist Commercial Property Solicitors, examples of work she is able to assist with in relation to commercial property include sales and purchases and non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions. In relation to land, Stephanie’s work includes assisting with sales and purchases of land and drafting and negotiating documents relating to land development such as overage agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts.
Stephanie is also one of the firm’s specialist Property Investment Solicitors and acts for investors in relation to their sale or purchase of residential property. She also acts for clients dealing with bridging finance, purchase lease options, delayed completions and title splits.
