Paralegal – Private Client
Micky is a Court of Protection Paralegal in the Private Client department and joined the firm in November 2017. She mainly focusses on running professional deputyship and attorney matters for clients, where Bonallack & Bishop are appointed by the Court of Protection or under Lasting Powers of Attorney to act on behalf of clients in managing the financial aspects of their lives. She also assists clients in the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and undertakes probate work alongside the wider team. Empathy and client care are very important to Micky and the fact that every client should feel valued and that they are getting the best service for them.
Micky has 10 years experience in the care and nursing environment, a further 10 years working with vulnerable children and children with learning difficulties. She has also worked in the administration of pensions and trusts.
Out of the office Micky enjoys spending time with her family and friends and two rescue dogs. She enjoys travelling, cooking, the gym, running and finding fun and exciting challenges, like skydiving and parachuting off mountains. Climbing a mountain, zip wiring and wing walking are next on her list.
